Would they not reject me because of too much Mortgages been acquired and maybe not high income ? Appreciate your help

Me and my partner are attending your crash course in Manchester but I have a quick question - if we are looking to become deal sourcers and only deal sourcers. Would you advise against starting a limited company due to accounting fees needed each year as well as other annual fees? The reason for my question is could the 'sourcing' fee be classed as commission, therefore it may better to be a sole trader for tax purposes?
