Hi Samuel. My question is about BTL mortgage interest rates and arrangement fees. As a general rule, do you always go for the lowest interest rate with higher arrangement fee added to the loan amount, or do you think it's better to go for a slightly higher interest rate with a lower arrangement fee. I understand you can calculate which is the better deal over a fixed period, but I am unsure as to the longer-term implications and how to decide what is best overall. Any guidance would be gratefully received. Thank you.
