I had an offer accepted on a BRR TO SA in Preston December 2021 - Currently going through at the moment.
I bought a piece of land in the Caribbean (St. Vincent and the grenadines) which will be 4 luxury SA units December 2021
I just secured a r2r in Maidenhead waiting on the contracts from the estate agent.
Property portfolio value including residential - £970,000 (investment only - £420,000)
Cash flow from my 2 completed units - £1700 (over £3,000 once Preston and my r2r starts feb/march)
