I just bought this small little house outside Birmingham for £220,000.
It’s currently making £4,000 per month on AirBnB and Booking.com 😉
As all of the rent comes from “guests” and not tenants, that means they don’t have tenants rights and I don’t need to worry about unpaid rent or difficult tenants ✅
Section 24 tax doesn’t apply to which means I can claim everything back as tax deductible ✅
I have a really nice little management set up and systemised which means I never have to visit ✅
If I’m ever in the area I can book the house out myself and save on hotel bills ✅
