Horse Carriages have NOT been banned in Toronto, Paris and London, NYCLASS and PETA do NOT have homes for 200 horses, if they cared so much about the horses they would help the ones that need it now. The Daily News reported this week it would cost $20 million a year for sanctuaries to feed and care for 200 horses. The drivers are NOT going to be riding in any electric cars. How did these guys get this far?
