Jul 31, 20158:12Now PlayingSenator Kaine delivers a speech on the Senate floor to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Medicare and Medicaid. In 2014, Medicaid provided health coverage to nearly 70 million Americans, including one million Virginians. In Virginia, about 600,000 children, two out of every seven kids, are covered through Medicaid or its companion program, CHIP. Sen.
