Senator Britt questioned U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra regarding the Administration's reckless policies regarding the treatment of unaccompanied migrant children, including the field guidance issued by the HHS’s Office of Refugee Resettlement that waived background check requirements for adult household members and alternate adult caregivers identified in a sponsor care plan submitted by a Category 2 sponsor.
