4:00Now PlayingSenator Tim Scott released his third Virtual Opportunity Zones Tour stop. This time the senator visited the SoLa Impact's Beehive in South Los Angeles, California. The Beehive is SoLa’s Opportunity Zones business campus, made up of 92,000 square feet of commercial space. It is comprised of six unique and architecturally beautiful red-brick warehouses. This project will transform the local neighborhood and economy in the true spirit of the OZ legislation. Project organizers expect The Beehive to generate 900 jobs.
