4:22Now PlayingDocumentary filmmaker Michael Moore has spoken to Sky News about his latest film, Fahrenheit 11/9, which is named after the date that Hilary Clinton lost the US Presidential election.
The film, a follow-up to Fahrenheit 9/11, looks at the impact of President Trump and the rise of the right-wing in America.
Moore says that Donald Trump's popularity is the result of "decades of behaviour", which he claims is due to the "dumbing down of the country".
However, he says that he "understands why" people voted for Trump.
