He resigned over the risk of no-deal in opposition against Theresa May's deal said in a new vote he would vote to remain but he wouldn't "actively campaign" for it if he became prime minister.
He said: "There's a wide range of candidates out there, but there's only a narrow set of views on Brexit being discussed."
