Patel says Gina Miller's original court case against the government, which she won, was trying to "derail the whole Brexit delivery" and attacks people trying to stop or delay Brexit.
She also told Sky News that she is backing Johnson as the new Prime Minister and would not lose support for him if he failed to take the UK out of the EU in October.
