8:34Now PlayingBusiness woman and anti-Brexit campaigner Gina Miller tells Sky News that if the next Prime Minister tries to suspend government to deliver a no-deal Brexit she will take the government to court once again.
Miller told Sophy Ridge on Sunday her legal team have been looking at the issue since June, and believe there is case law to argue that the next PM suspending parliament "would be an abuse of his powers".
She added that any form of Brexit would 'diminish us'.
