The Prime Minister Boris Johnson has set out how COVID-19 restrictions and measures will be wound down in England, saying the country must 'learn to live with the virus'.

In a news conference held with scientists Sir Chris Whitty and Sir Patrick Vallance, Mr Johnson said self-isolation rules will end on Thursday and free testing will end on 1 April.
