10:14Now PlayingIryna Venediktova, Prosecutor General of Ukraine, has described Vladimir Putin as the "main war criminal of the 21st century" but says his position as Russian president may give him protection from immunity.
Ms Venediktova told Trevor Phillips that Ukraine has identified 500 suspected war criminals, adding there are at least 5,600 cases of alleged war crimes.
She also said Ukraine had "evidence" Russia was behind a strike on a railway station in Kramatorsk that killed more than 50 people.
