as posted by the channelThe nurse accused of murdering seven babies left a handwritten note saying "I am evil" and "I killed them on purpose", a jury has heard.
Her defence barrister said that Lucy Letby was "adamant" that she had not harmed any children, and said that the note was written by an "anguished woman in despair.
Ms Letby maintains that she is not guilty, and the trial continues at Manchester Crown Court.
