as posted by the channelOdette de Freitas has spoken to Sky's Sarah-Jane Mee about her son Kevin, who died aged 40 after trying to get an appointment with a GP for six weeks.
Sarah-Jane asked his mother Odette and sister Nicola what they want people to take away from his story.
They said they wanted to highlight how the NHS is "letting people down."
In response, the NHS said: "Our thoughts are with Kevin's family. Whilst we are unable to comment on individual cases, we would encourage anyone experiencing symptoms that they are concerned about to come forward as soon as possible.
"Although NHS services are busy, help is still available for those who need it and we encourage people to contact their GP practice or NHS 111 if more urgent."
