Mr Jenrick calls Kaba a "bad person" and criticises Mayor of London Sadiq Khan for "mourning" the death of the 23-year-old.
With the next leader of the Tory party set to be announced on 2 November, Mr Jenrick tells Sky News that "unity is incredibly important" within the party. He says under his leadership he will "present the public with professionalism".
