as posted by the channelSecurity minister Dan Jarvis tells Sky News that Sir Keir Starmer and Donald Trump will have "very good and constructive conservations" when they meet in a US visit.
When asked if the two might have disagreements over certain topics, like whether Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a dictator, Mr Jarvis says the UK has a "special relationship" with the United States, and it's the leaders' chance to "discuss a range of shared interests".
He says "clearly, national security is a very important subject that will be discussed with three years on from [Russian President Vladimir] Putin's illegal invasion in Ukraine.
"And clearly there will be conversations about the role of NATO and about the role that we can work together to bring the conflict to a conclusion."
