as posted by the channel

US Secretary Marco Rubio and Donald Trump’s special envoy, Steve Witkoff, are expected to travel to Paris for talks on securing peace in Ukraine.

Despite previous talks held separately with Russia and Ukraine, and a naval ceasefire agreement in the Black Sea, air and land attacks continue, with Ukraine claiming Russia has broken the energy ceasefire more than 30 times.

Sky’s security and defence analyst Professor Michael Clarke gives his analysis on what to expect on the talks and why Russia may have been target shipping ports.
