The number was significantly fewer than in 2019, when some 75,000 people filled a brimming Trafalgar Square. They were just as angry today, though. "It makes me feel sick," at least two demonstrators told me.
The president's face on a mannequin dressed in a suit and tie wearing a MAGA hat being dragged on the street with his hands painted red was among the striking imagery today. One person's art is another's distaste.
