The "special" relationship, he said, has "made us safer and stronger through the generations", pointing to sacrifices during various wars, and the longtime bilateral trading relationship.
The King noted that Donald Trump has been to the UK twice in the last two months alone, and quips: "I understand that British soil makes for rather splendid golf courses!"
