The runner, who "dropped out" of sport for five years, says she only got back into it after taking part in a few parkrun events and has urged other young women "who might be future Olympians" to give it a go.
Athletes from Great Britain and Northern Ireland came home with five medals in total - three silver and two bronze - but Hunter Bell believes they have "got gold before on the world stage and can definitely do it again" after some pundits criticised their performance in Tokyo.
