Donald Trump used a speech at the UN yesterday to accuse Sir Sadiq Khan of being a "terrible, terrible mayor" and said that under him London wants to "go to Sharia law," which is Islam's legal system.
The prime minister has not criticised the comments or backed the mayor, though Khan has said it shows Trump is "racist, sexist, misogynistic and Islamophobic".
