The head of Wizz Air UK tells Sky News this is the third summer that passengers have been affected by disruption due to air traffic control failures. "It's beyond anger at this stage and it's a case of 'oops, I did it again' with NATS," says Yvonne Moynihan.
Sky's Sarah-Jane Mee also speaks to the head of National Air Traffic Services Martin Rolfe who says he takes responsibility for the chaos and says the incident is “relatively rare”.
