Jeremy Boreing is taking aim at Tucker Carlson — but his argument goes much deeper than simply accusing Tucker of chasing clicks.
In this reaction, I break down Boreing’s warning about Tucker Carlson’s changing politics, his views on American power, Israel, Russia and the direction of the conservative movement.
According to Boreing, Tucker isn’t simply telling his audience what it wants to hear. He believes Tucker is building something much bigger: a political movement that is socially conservative but increasingly hostile to traditional American foreign policy, skeptical of Israel and deeply critical of the American-led world order.
Boreing also raises questions about Tucker’s interviews with controversial foreign figures, including Russian political philosopher Aleksandr Dugin, and asks whether parts of the American right are becoming susceptible to narratives promoted by America’s adversaries.
So what exactly happened to Tucker Carlson?
Is this simply America First non-interventionism?
Or has Tucker’s distrust of the American establishment taken him somewhere very different?
And most importantly: who is Tucker Carlson really fighting for?
I break down Jeremy Boreing’s argument and give my reaction.
