YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA federal appeals court late Wednesday temporarily blocked two rulings that had limited when federal agents could use crowd control weapons outside the ICE building in Portland.
In a 2–1 decision, a three-judge panel on the Ninth Circuit granted the Trump administration’s emergency request to pause those injunctions, which had just gone into effect earlier this month.
This involves two separate cases, both focused on how federal agents respond outside that Portland facility. Even though the legal arguments are different, both rulings were trying to restrict what agents could do during protests.
Now, those restrictions are on hold while the appeals court moves forward with both cases.#trump #elsalvador #donaldtrump #breakingnews #senator #elon #elonmusk #joerogan #jre #joeroganexperience #travel #cnn #meltdown #msnbc #fail #fails #fly #fbi #kashpatel #judge #elsalvador #abregogarcia #wisconsin #nationalguard #portlandprotests
