18:34Now PlayingOregon attorneys representing unions tied to farmworkers, healthcare workers, and teachers have now filed a federal lawsuit aimed at stopping Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from operating inside so-called “sensitive locations” — including schools, churches, and hospitals.
The lawsuit asks a federal judge to step in and pause a Trump administration policy that rolled back a decades-long practice limiting where immigration enforcement could take place. That earlier guidance had generally kept federal agents out of what advocates describe as protected or “sacred” spaces.
According to the filing, the Department of Homeland Security formally rescinded those protections at the start of President Trump’s second term — a move that’s now being challenged in court as plaintiffs push to have those restrictions reinstated.#elsalvador #trump #elsalvador #donaldtrump #breakingnews #senator #elon #elonmusk #joerogan #jre #joeroganexperience #travel #cnn #meltdown #msnbc #fail #fails #fly #fbi #kashpatel #judge #elsalvador #abregogarcia #wisconsin #nationalguard #portlandprotests
