In this video, I talk about my personal experience of learning to take responsibility for my life and letting go of the victim mentality that caused so much suffering, feeling resentful and not taking action in my life. I talk about specific examples of the things I used to do and how little by little I learned to see everything as my responsibility even when my core wounds and the wounds of my environment were not my fault, which was a major turnaround in my self-development journey.
