Judge Jamal Whitehead (Biden 2023) tried to force Trump to keep the door open for tens of thousands of new “refugees” from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua & Venezuela — AND to keep taxpayer dollars flowing to support them.
The appeals court just froze that insanity. Trump does not have to let in more illegals simply because they claim they were “planning to come.”
Yes, two judges still said he must keep funding the ones already here — but even that drew a sharp dissent. And this fight is heading to SCOTUS, where Trump keeps winning.
The takeaway: No more endless money to illegals. Logistics is the battlefield. Cut the funding, cut the invasion.
