I’ve long believed that America is already in a politically perilous position simply because we accept, for some reason, that nine unelected black-robed judges in what is supposed to be the least powerful of our three branches of government is allowed to rule dominant over our Article I Legislative and Article II Executive branches that are actually elected by and regularly accountable to the American people.

This makes SCOTUS little more than a judicial tyranny, further buttressed by scores of inferior federal judges who not only are in open rebellion against the political branches but are also more than willing to be rebel against even their own Supreme Court should it rule in a manner they find distasteful.

I somehow do not think that this is what our Founders imagined for us when they established the US Constitution for We the People and Ourselves and our Posterity.

And now, of course, it has gotten even worse, because even that SCOTUS panel tyrannical nine judges has now been emotionally broken by Progressive Fascist terrorism to rule in favor of our nation’s enemies contrary to all legal reasoning and every principle of Constitutional law and national survival—simply out of abject fear.

Yesterday Justice Amy Coney Barrett testified before Congress to argue for increased security for SCOTUS justices—a not unreasonable enough request under even ordinary circumstances. But these circumstances are not ordinary. The request is not driven by the needs of ordinary security, but by repeated threats and acts of terroristic violence from the Progressive Fascist Left towards the non-Liberal members of the Court.

And those threats and acts of terroristic violence are palpably having their intended effect to influence SCOTUS rulings in the favor of America’s enemies.

Nothing could possibly have made this cruel and terrifying reality more patently obvious that the demeanor of Justice Barrett before Congress. She presented in exactly the same manner as does a spouse who has been subject to years of physical and emotional abuse in their marriage, utterly broken, pleading for relief, rendered incapable of being a master of their own fate—captive to utter and inescapable fear.

It’s a sympathetic image, in the context of an abused spouse.

It is a horror for our nation when this broken woman is one of nine judicial overlords of our great nation, who has been deliberately and systematically broken to the political ambitions of America’s existential enemies.
