In this clip, Ben talks about the excitement around Donald Trump as well as around those trying to stop him in his pursuit of the Presidency. He covers Trumps' winning 8 of the Super Tuesday states, which puts Ben off by only 1 state in his prediction of the races. (Sorry, Ben!)
He goes on to discuss about the effects Trump is having on the Republican party, exposing its long history of taking money from, and representing, special interests over their base, etc. Looking to the future, Ben imagines the effects of this election will be felt on the Right for decades to come. With a warning to the Republicans, Ben points out that the party is a coalition of disparate groups - wealthy & poor - who were forced to unify around red herring issues and through excessive fear mongering.
Donald Trump has exposed this game, calling out donors in debate audiences and talking about how he has donated large sums of money to several of the candidates he's running against.

Ben covers the fact that Donald Trump has an edge in campaigning against Hillary Clinton over Bernie Sanders. Trump is already in the process of reinventing himself for the general election, softening some of this rhetoric, etc. Unfortunately his crowds have been getting more violent, rather than less.
A tweet declared that the Democrats are hoping people of color will vote for the Democratic candidate out of fear for a Donald Trump Presidency. Think on that for a second…
Big point: Donald Trump can attack Hillary Clinton on Iraq and identity politics. Hillary Clinton is an establishment candidate in a season where huge swaths of of each party is indicating a need for outsider representatives.
