as posted by the channelA new line into authoritarianism has been crossed. The FBI just arrested a Milwaukee County judge for allegedly “interfering” with an ICE kidnapping.
We have hit a new low, even for this Trump regime. Milwaukee County Circuit judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI. According to FBI Director Kash Patel, Dugan “intentionally misdirected” agents who were trying to detain a man who had a misdemeanor assault case in front of the judge. The more you dig into the details of this, the more the FBI’s story doesn’t add up.
In typical ICE fashion, they claimed to have a warrant for Eduardo Flores Ruiz. Judge Dugan told them they did not have the proper warrant to detain Ruiz, so she did not allow them to seize him. Not to mention that at this point, we don’t even know what Ruiz’s immigration status is? Not that has stopped the regime from disappearing whoever they want.
This is what the FBI is claiming to be “interfering”. So following the law and providing due process is interfering now? Arresting a judge for a legal determination they made is beyond the pale. How many more lines need to be crossed before the Democrats show real resistance?
