Vance is expected to discuss the growing impact of cryptocurrencies on the U.S. economy, investment and national security.
The vice president’s speech comes as President Trump has leaned into the digital currency space since returning to the White House in January. In March, the president signed an executive order to establish a bitcoin reserve and earlier this week, he hosted top crypto investors at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
Trump, who has faced backlash over his own crypto initiatives, spoke at last year’s conference.
The event is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. EDT.
