They were greeted upon arrival by Prince William and Kate, the princess of Wales, as well as King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
The trip marks Trump’s second state visit to the UK since returning to the Oval Office in January. The president last met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in late July at his Turnberry golf course in Scotland to discuss trade and the crisis in Gaza.
Here’s what is on the agenda today:
10 a.m. EDT: The president and first lady visit St. George’s Chapel to participate in a wreath-laying ceremony at the tomb of Queen Elizabeth II.
Later in the day, they will also join a state dinner.
5 p.m. EDT: Trump and the first lady participate in a post-dinner program.
