The press conference comes weeks after Kennedy unveiled new dietary guidelines and an upside-down food pyramid that places more importance on vegetables, fruits, proteins, dairy and healthy fats and less on whole grains at the bottom.
The health chief has also notably focused much of his policy initiatives on healthier diets and exercise instead of more medication.
Education Secretary Linda McMahon will join Kennedy.
