During a CNN Town Hall, Paul Ryan was confronted by a cancer patient whose life was saved due the Affordable Care Act's provision which prohibits health insurance providers from discriminating against people with preexisting medical conditions. He asked Paul Ryan why he would repeal Obamacare without proposing a replacement first. Of course, Paul Ryan squirmed because he had no answer.
