This week her IT guy, Imran Awan, was arrested while trying to leave the country after being charged with bank fraud. And when it was clear Awan and his family were being investigated back in February of 2017, Democrats distanced themselves from Awan, excluding Debbie Wassermann Schultz, who only fired him recently. So the question is, why did Wassermann Schultz keep him on her payroll for so long, and why was she so touchy about a laptop (which belonged to her) that Capitol Police found back in May? We don't yet have all of the details, but it's not unreasonable to believe she may be linked to the Awan family's corruption for some reason (or that they have dirt on her). In this segment well provide you with a breakdown of the story and what we know so far. Details are sparse, but the story is intriguing, nonetheless.
