Jedediah from California calls in claiming to have philosophical and scientific arguments for God based on fine-tuning and cumulative evidence. However, the call quickly derails when he incorrectly challenges the hosts' definition of "evidence" and then makes the fatal error of telling Aaron Adair "you don't know shit about physics" - not realizing Adair has a PhD in physics from Ohio State and is a research affiliate at MIT. Despite being corrected on multiple fronts, Jedediah doubles down and claims he could outperform the physicist on knowledge tests. Aaron Ra eventually ends the call in frustration. A perfect example of the Dunning-Kruger effect and why you shouldn't assume you know more than experts in their field.
