65-year-old Ray calls in claiming he's moved beyond faith to direct "knowledge" of God through communication with what he describes as sentient energy from a higher dimension. Ray insists this entity gave him scientific knowledge for Navy tests and continues to communicate with him nightly. However, when Matt and Forrest press for evidence, methodology, or even basic questions Ray might ask this supposed deity, the conversation becomes increasingly contentious. Ray admits he doesn't actually ask questions but just "listens like a podcast," leading to frustrated exchanges about the difference between claims and demonstrable truth.
