Christian from Georgia calls The Sunday Show to discuss posterior probability and evidence for God. What starts as a technical discussion about Bayesian analysis quickly devolves when Christian presents confusing scenarios about variables X and Y. Matt demonstrates the logical problems using a card-dealing analogy, showing how Christian's reasoning would make literally anything evidence for God - even grains of sand. When Eric tries to determine what Christian's God actually does so they can test for evidence, Christian keeps deflecting, claiming God's existence is philosophical rather than scientific, despite admitting his God exists and interacts with reality. The call ends when Matt gives Christian an ultimatum to either defend his beliefs or leave, and Christian chooses to hang up rather than engage honestly.
