A fake TikTok account named "Emily" stole the identity of a minor in Australia. The girl whose photos were used came forward to say she was not involved and did not make the videos. She is an innocent victim, not a Trump supporter.
While that smear was circulating, CREW's June 2026 update found at least 40 pardoned January 6 defendants rearrested, charged, or sentenced for other crimes — including 7 child sex crime cases. Andrew Paul Johnson got life on March 5, 2026. Daniel Tocci got 4 years on March 30, 2026 for more than 100,000 child sexual abuse files.
