People have 'solidified their opinions' on COVID-19 vaccine as shots slow, says doctor

President Joe Biden is expected to fall short of his goal of at least partially vaccinating 70% of adults against COVID-19 by July 4.

“I do think that people have really solidified their opinions on the vaccine at this point,” says Dr. Tara Kirk Sell.
