Why did Republicans join with Dems to subpoena the DOJ for the Epstein files?

The pursuit of transparency regarding the Jeffrey Epstein files is intensifying on Capitol Hill. A House Oversight subcommittee has voted to subpoena the Justice Department for the files, with three Republicans joining Democrats in support of the motion.
