Minneapolis school shooter’s manifesto reveals they ‘wanted to watch children suffer’

Acting US Attorney for the District of Minnesota Joseph Thompson spoke to the press on Thursday where he revealed some of the information found in the shooter’s manifesto such as an obsession with mass murderers and writings indicating that the shooter ‘wanted to watch children suffer.’
