White House addresses death of 23-year-old Ukrainian woman on North Carolina train

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt addressed the death of a 23-year-old Ukrainian woman, Iryna Zarutska, who was stabbed to death on a North Carolina train, calling the suspect a "savage career criminal."

She said Zarutska's death was preventable, adding that Brown should have been behind bars.
