Oversight INVESTIGATES: Federal $$$ on tablets for prisoners allegedly used to view pornography

California prisoners have been using taxpayer-funded tablets to harass people. One case involves the grooming of a 12-year-old. Rep. James Comer launched an investigation into the allegations.
