Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey tells the audience about the time there were questions concerning the Mayor's purchase of a piece of property for $110,000.00... everyone thought that the Mayor bought the property without going through the process of asking for the Council's vote, (or the Board of Works... or the Muncie Redevelopment Commission).
Bilbrey specifically went out of his way MULTIPLE TIMES (MORE THAN 10 DIFFERENT TIMES) to come right out and ask the Mayor... or his staff... or his supporters... the following questions pertaining to this issue:
"WHEN DID THE MAYOR TAKE THIS BEFORE THE COUNCIL (THE BOARD OR WORKS) (OR THE MUNCIE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION)"
"WAS IT APPROVED... & ON WHO'S ATHUORITY"
AND EVERY TIME IT WAS ASKED... Mayor Ridenour, his Communications Director, his Gatekeeper... & all the Dan'atics everywhere on social media... and no one would say a word!
Leading Bilbrey & others to believe that the Mayor did something wrong or improper!
NOW... after all this time, because the 2023 Municipal Election is just weeks away (as of the time of this posting of this video (Saturday, October 14th, 2023 & the date of the Election is: Tuesday, November 7th, 2023)... now that the election is this close... and he & his team want to push back on his challengers campaign efforts... he releases the information which means...
FOR THE LAST YEAR AND A HALF... MAYOR DAN & HIS TEAM... have been letting Bilbrey & others continue to push THE WRONG narrative! BUT WHY...
Oh, that's right... they allowed it... to discredit Bilbrey & others!
