as posted by the channelIn the interview with Steve Brown of Fox 59 News... Henry County, Indiana Sheriff John M. Sproles talks about the "USE OF FORCE INCIDENT" with Marquette Neal the inmate that was in the jail cell kicking the door... and Sheriff Sproles shot him 4 times at close range with a 12 gauge LESS-LETHAL Shotgun that held Bean-Bag rounds.
Neal ended up being injured and needed over 90 stitches to fix the damage!
In the interview with Brown is asking Sheriff Sproles about this... the Sheriff really doubled down with his narrative! He said that he needed to shoot Neal during that incident... because he was kicking the door SO HARD... that the Sheriff was worried Neal was going to HURT HIMSELF... and the ONLY THING Sproles could do to stop that... was to HURT NEAL first!
That ignorance is not lost on Brown... who calls that out!
