Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey has attempted to communicate with the members of the Delaware County Council (both the CURRENT COUNCIL, made up of the current seven members and PAST COUNCILS, made up of other members) MANY TIMES, viva email with VERY LITTLE LUCK!
After a rather strange back and forth with a Councilor that Bilbrey didn't expect poor communication from, Bilbrey got heated!
So, before the Delaware County Council meets this coming Tuesday, November 26, 2024, Bibrey thought it might be a good time for a lil' "Communication 101 for Elected Public Servants!"
