Ohio legislature has passed a bill that will ban abortions after 6 weeks. This is a bill that we hope surely will be destroyed by the supreme court or federal and legal challenges. This is clearly unconstitutional according to Roe v Wade and many other recent supreme court hearings on similar laws. Not only does this lower the rights of a woman to do what she wants with her body, but it also is a timeframe which is earlier than when most women know that they are actually pregnant! This is ridiculous, they are essentially banning abortion, because they are unable to get an abortion if they don't even know that they are pregnant! This law must be destroyed!
